Doug Nelson is the Chief Operating Officer at Harrington Middle East. He has previously served as Managing Director of Harrington Institute China. Doug is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and trainer in Human Resources Management, Lean, Six Sigma, and Supply Chain Management with experience in the U.A.E., Asia and North America. He is a Past President of APICS, Portland Chapter. His experience spans the entire supply chain in numerous industries and organizations. He is a Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management and Certified Supply Chain Professional with APICS. He is a Global Professional in Human Resources with the Society for Human Resources Management. He is a Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, and Senior Member of ASQ.
