Frank
Voehl is presently the Chancellor of the
Harrington Institute, Inc., with offices in San Jose,
California and Orlando, Florida. Previously he was
the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Harrington Software,
and President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of
Strategy Associates, Inc., a business management consulting
firm. Previously, he was the COO and General Manager
of Qualtec Quality Services, Inc., an FPL Group company.
