Bill Ruggles (USA),
“Bill” is an internationally-recognized
expert in Program and Project Management with over
25 years experience. He is Director of the Center
for Enhanced Project and Program Performances (CEPPP)
and President of Ruggles & Associates, Inc.
in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, USA. He runs the prestigious
P/PM Certificate Programs at William Paterson University.
He is also Adjunct Professor of Project Management
at Stevens Institute of Technology (NJ). Bill Ruggles
he has lectured at many prestigious universities
in USA, Mexico, Indonesia, Turkey and China. He
was PMI International’s “Person of the
Year” Award recipient in 1996 and served as
its President and Chief Operating Officer in 1997
and Board Chair (1998).
